It doesn't matter smiley and happy the staff are all we patients want is to get into our appointments on time. Especially when after busting a gut to arrive on time, we don't want to hear an hour and 5 minutes delay, also when finding out all 3 people waiting have the same appointment time, even those timings don't look likely to happen!

The doctor was very explanatory and took time to explain things. Only criticism is long wait. Arrived for my appointment on time and waited 1 hour 30 mins to see doctor.
